A unique fundamentals program delivered in a personal setting for all new athletes to ensure knowledge and safety in the CrossFit 215 methodology. We will teach you all of the fundamental movements we use in CrossFit, including gymnastics skills, olympic weightlifting movements, and rowing technique. This program will include 8-12 one-on-one personal training sessions. All new athletes must complete the “On-Boarding” program before graduating into regular class settings.

A monthly membership that allows 12 visits per month (3x/week), ideal for those athletes looking to enhance their typical training regimen, brush up on a skill, or the weekend warrior.

A monthly membership that allows 20 visits per month (5x/week) in addition to one of our specialty classes, including Barbell Club, Strongman, and Endurance. Perfect for the committed athlete looking to dive headfirst into fitness.

A monthly membership that allows unlimited visits in addition to all of our specialty classes, including Barbell Club, Strongman, and Endurance. Membership includes Open Gym hours.

Personal and Semi-private Training:

Brush up on skill development or receive more hands-on coaching during an hour long one-on-one or semi-private session. Available by appointment only, email info@crossfit215.com

We are also proud sponsors of Wodify, an online whiteboard where our athletes can track their process and compare their results against themselves and others with a click of a button. Wodify accounts are complimentary and included in membership upon signing up. 



We do not offer student discounts but we do provide an intern program for our student members. Currently these positions are full but we are always excepting applications. The intern program involves administrative and front desk support.
