On-Ramp Program 1-on-1: $300
A unique fundamentals program delivered in a personal setting for all new athletes to ensure knowledge and safety in the CrossFit methodology. This program will include 5 one-on-one personal training sessions and 4 group classes. All new athletes must complete the “On-Ramp” program before graduating into regular class settings.
On-Ramp Program Group: $225
A unique fundamentals course for all new athletes to ensure knowledge and safety in the CrossFit 215 methodology. This course will consist of 9 elements classes, meeting 3x per week, and one week of an unlimited membership. All new athletes must complete the “On-Ramp” program before graduating into regular classes.
2x/week: $129 (month-to-month)

A monthly membership that allows 2 visits per week, ideal for those athletes looking to enhance their typical training regimen or the weekend warrior.
