Olympic Lifting Club

With our current lifting cycle coming to a close, we’ll be testing both Snatch and Clean and Jerk this week – yay !! New Schedule: Effective August 8th

For those of you who missed the THM (or maybe you need a refresher), we’re starting up a new schedule next weekend. Sunday endurance classes are no more.
